He gave us tips to prepare the house to better help him present it and told us exactly what he was planning to do. He went above and beyond getting us money towards closing cost, even when the seller threatened to go with another offer. He called the city office to get me answers for some questions i had regarding property taxes to put me at ease. He even set up the home inspection for me. The inspector had some general questions for the seller just for our own knowledge and Bill immediately got on his phone to get us answers for those questions that day.
