Bill Hormann is a fantastic realtor. He helped us with every stage of selling my house. He gave us tips to prepare the house to better help him present it and told us exactly what he was planning to do. He also gave us his honest opinion of what the house was going to sell for so that we would not be having false hopes or great expectations on what would happen.
He listed the house. It was shown to 13 different prospective buyers over a 2 day period. We received 6 offers to buy the property. We chose the one best for us and closed within a 10 day period.
We sold the house for twice what we thought we would get and $5K over the asking price.

I met Bill in November of 2020 when I was looking to purchase a home. Bill was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond getting us money towards closing cost, even when the seller threatened to go with another offer. He called the city office to get me answers for some questions i had regarding property taxes to put me at ease. He even set up the home inspection for me. The inspector had some general questions for the seller just for our own knowledge and Bill immediately got on his phone to get us answers for those questions that day. Bill would call me every step of the way to let me know what was going on and to make sure I did not have any questions. It could not have been simpler or more pleasant sending all the papers through email being I work long hours. This was my first home buying experience so I had many questions and he made sure to make me feel comfortable and answered all questions I did not feel pressured in any way.
I would/will use Bill in the future for any real estate need. I would HIGHLY recommend him you will not be let down.
