I cannot say enough great things about Meredith. This was mine and my boyfriend's first home buying experience. We really didn't know what to expect and she was more than understanding about the loads of questions we asked and when we needed more explanation she was more than happy to do so. She was on our side the whole way and offered advice when we asked but never told us what we should do. The first time we wrote an offer she sat down with us and literally walked us through every paragraph of the offer so that we completely understood everything that was going on. She was very respectful of our budget, which is a problem we had with previous realtors. She was fantastic about returning phone calls and text messages, even late at night! We felt completely comfortable and confident in her advice and knowledge. We also found that her previous house flipping experience was helpful when we would walk through houses, she saw things that we probably would not have. We would 100% recommend her to anyone currently looking for a realtor
